Tex was born to Craven IV and Antonia Burlington and is the second child of theirs. His birth name was Texas Burlington but he is mostly commonly known as Tex. Growing up, his family lived a modest lifestyle and did not flaunt their Burlington money at the request of his mother. Tex went to university and met Holleen Labrador.
Tex and Holleen married after university and had two children, Bettina and Nia.
